Sin is the real ick — but our shame of it was never meant to be carried alone.

We all have things we don’t want to admit. Thoughts we replay. Patterns we hide. Sin we try to fix by ourselves.

But God never asked us to carry it alone.

The Ick Journal is a guided space to bring the real stuff to God — without fear, guilt or pretending. Sin isn’t shocking to Him. Our struggles aren’t embarrassing. They’re an invitation to come closer, not pull away.
